Membership Coordinator

Frieze are looking for a Membership Coordinator who will assist in managing our Frieze 91 memberships.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Manage the Frieze 91 member dashboard by updating information, events and articles.
  • Assist with member events by managing RSVPs and following up with members post event.
  • Manage and schedule meetings with Frieze 91 Committee/select members and prospects, as well as facilitating institutional/foundation access requests.
  • Manage magazine subscription requests.
  • Manage the internal database and membership growth tracker, working closely with the data team to pull intelligence. 
  • Update the events running list.
  • Manage gallery and institutional submissions.  
  • Assist in the Frieze 91 application process through setting up new member accounts and tracking applicants. 
  • Working closely with our marketing and VIP teams to target prospects post fair and research new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings with relevant external stakeholders, research and prep documents and presentations (set agenda, take notes, circulate relevant documents, and follow up on action points).
  • Manage communications timeline (marketing emails, social posts.
  • Assist with all Frieze 91 fair related outreach and activations.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience working in an office environment 
  • Soild experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel 
  • Experience of using InDesign
  • Experience of working with a CRM database management e.g Pelcro, Sugar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
