VIP Relations Manager

Frieze are looking for a VIP Relations Manager, to build key relations with our VIP stakeholders.

Job Title: VIP Relations Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Location: London Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate VIP relations globally; specific target groups
  • Attend key events in London that support the cultivation of VIPs
  • Work with the Director of VIP on strategy points and new processes
  • Create and manage overall communication timeline per show
  • Create invitations and newsletters
  • Liaise with departments to strengthen collector outreach and digital campaigns
  • Managing VIP virtual programming by working closely with the digital department to build strategies and programming onsite vs offsite vs FVR
  • Support of VIP inbox and enquiries when needed
  • Database support

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing projects within the arts and cultural space
  • Knowledge of communications for a global brand
  • Experience of building external and internal relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively work as part of a team
  • Experience of working with data, analytics and a database
  • Experience of using Microsoft applications
  • Fluency in Chinese or a European language
  • Experience in managing people

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent position.
  • The location is Surrey Street, London.
  • Working hours are 10am - 6pm.
  • Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required.
